The Guild Awards Event
The Guild Awards Event is a quarterly event occuring only four times a year; in January, April, July and October. The Guild Awards Event is primarily dedicated to rewarding and honoring members with various remarkable and outstanding titles. The winners and rightful owners of these titles are decided through an anonymous voting process in which all members are invited to take part in at the beginning of each Guild Awards month. At the end of each Guild Awards month, your votes are counted and the results are announced during the Award Ceremony at the Guildhall. The Guild Awards Titles are as follows: Best Knight -
Best Paladin -
Best Druid -
Best Sorcerer -
Most Important -
Most Trusted -
Most Respected -
Most Helpful -
Favorite Newcomer -

Furthermore, there are also four special titles that are awarded to the King's favorite members. These titles are:
Favorite Partisan
Favorite Regal
Favorite Noble Guardian
Favorite Royal Council
Additional Titles- Additional Titles:
In addition to the above titles, there are also additional titles that may be awarded for anything deemed worthy of recognition. All members are free to suggest and nominate any other member or members for an Additional Title award. If you wish to suggest and nominate a member for an Additional Title, either include it in your voting letter or message Delita Heirall.
The Goblets- The Goblets:
The winners will have their names and the respective title which they have won engraved on either a silver or a golden goblet.
Golden Goblets are awarded to all Title winners except for Additional Title winners. The Additional Title winners are awarded with a Silver Goblet.
How To Participate:- How To Participate:
-Copy and paste all of the titles onto a letter
-Enter the member name of your choice next to each title
-Send the letter to Delita Heirall
Rules:- Rules:
-One letter/vote per member.
-You may not vote for yourself (or any of your alternate characters) or Delita Heirall.
-All of the titles must be correctly filled.
(For example, you may not cast a vote on a knight in the Best Druid title.)
-No titles may be left blank - you must vote for someone in every title in order for your votes to count.
-In the "Favorite Newcomer" title, you may only vote for members who have joined the guild within the last 3 months.
_________________________________________________________________________________________ Please remember that this event is supposed to be fun and enjoyable for all, but also serious and truthful. I must ask everyone to be as truthful and as honest as possible when voting. The announcement of the results take place both in-game in our Guildhall as well as in this thread. For obvious reasons, Trial members are asked to pass their Trial before participating. NOTE: Your voting letters are only being counted and accepted during the event months of January, April, July and October!

| Greetings everyone!
We have made a few changes regarding this event.
It will no longer be held each month, instead it will be held ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS. This mainly because we feel that once a month is too frequent, and because the fewer times we do this, the more important the awards will be and the trophy winners will get to hold on to their trophies a while longer.
The votings will now be on September, December, March and June.
To conclude, DO NOT SEND ME ANY LETTERS THIS MONTH, NEXT VOTING IS IN DECEMBER! | |
